Overview
The low speed 120 by 120 by 38 millimeter 230V AC axial fan is housed in die cast aluminum with thermoplastic blades. Containing sleeve bearings, the fan can run continuously for 41,000 hours and be mounted only in an upright position. Has terminal connectors and can be soldered onto a power source using a wire cord, sold separately. Cooltron fans are certified by CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS; and found in various Samsung and Eaton servers and UPS systems.
Low SpeedLow speed fans are quieter but deliver less air than high speed fans of the same size. They are suitable in applications that require good airflow and can tolerate low noise.
ApplicationsNote that unlike 115V fans, 230V fans cannot be powered directly by an US outlet. This model is used to replace fans in industrial equipment running at 220-240V such as ovens and washing machines; and also products from Europe.
